YOUR CREW PASS / YOUR INFORMATION
A small community.
A clear boundary.
The trip works better when you can answer honestly. Here is exactly what we keep.
Your answers stay yours.
When you sign up: your email (that’s your login; no password is stored) and, if you fill them in, a display name and whether you want the town hall invitation and trip updates.
After the town hall: your answers on the commit form, so we can size the cabin, match rides and plan days. Later, if you commit, the bed tier you picked and whether your share is paid.
The game: scores stay on your device until you choose to post one. A posted score shows your display name only, never your email.
Who sees what: the organizers (Kons, Neil, Andy) can see names, emails and answers to plan the trip. Other participants never see your email, your individual answers or your notes. Anything shown to the group is a summary.
The calendar invite: joining the list adds your email as a guest on the town hall Google Calendar event, so Google sends you the invite and reminders. Guests can’t see each other.
Where it lives: a private database (Supabase, US-West) and a nightly backup copy in Kons’s Google Drive. The town hall recording link is shown only to signed-in members.
Emails: sign-in links come from no-reply@snowgraph.org. Trip updates are a separate choice you can switch off on the Join page at any time. We don’t read your mailbox.
Leaving: write to info@snowgraph.org and we delete your account and answers. We plan to remove identifiable planning data within 90 days after the 2027 trip or its cancellation, except what must be kept for payments.
Please don’t put medical details, license numbers or exact flight info in any form. Arrange sensitive support needs privately with an organizer.
